DELAUNAY (DOMAINE)

On a facing South hillside, the Goulaine cru benefited from a rigorous work in the vineyard and the cellar. This 100% Melon de Bourgogne is aged for a long time in traditional "nantaise" underground tank on its lees, and in French oak double cask. Then, it can express the full potential of its Serpentinites and Amphibolites terroir. Balanced and mineral, it will be remarkable on a fish accompanied by the famous white butter sauce from Nantes.

We started an organic conversion in 2020 on a part of the domain. Our objective is to respect the terroirs by a strict specifications in the vineyards and in the cellar. Few inputs, lot of control.
