Information

On a facing South hillside, the Goulaine cru benefited from a rigorous work in the vineyard and the cellar. This 100% Melon de Bourgogne is aged for a long time in traditional "nantaise" underground tank on its lees, and 10 to 15% in French oak wine barrel. Then, it can express the full potential of its Serpentinites and Amphibolites terroir. Balanced and mineral, it will be remarkable on a fish accompanied by the famous "Beurre blanc" sauce from Nantes. You can find this cuvée in the free tasting area.
