Information
Grape varieties: CHENIN BLANC 70%, CHARDONNAY 15%, CABERNET FRANC 15%.
Traditional method
Brut
This sparkling wine is made from a base wine composed of three grape varieties: chardonnay, chenin and cabernet. Entirely made on the estate using the Traditional Method, it is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years before the final disgorging phase. This Eden lives up to its name! The finesse of its bubbles makes it a model. Then, the expression of delicate stone fruit and ripe fruit aromas continues on the intense palate through to the finish.
Vinification: The three grape varieties are fermented together and then made using traditional methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aging lasts 24 months.
