Grape variety: CHENIN BLANC grown on schist soil, a fine-grained rock composed mainly of clay flakes and tiny fragments of other minerals, laminated by the compression of clay at the heart of the earth's crust.

Residual sugar: 82gr/L
Vinification: Semi-late harvest, with several sortings to harvest only botrytized grapes. Traditional fermentation in vats.

Tasting notes
- Eye: beautiful, intense golden color
- Nose: subtle floral and menthol attack, followed by notes of almond and gingerbread, then aromas of candied peaches and apricots. Hints of chocolate also emerge.
- Palate: soft attack, where balance and freshness are quickly revealed, with candied and lightly roasted notes. The finish is refined and delicate.
