In the vineyard:
Pruning Guyot Poussard - Soil tillage - first year of organic conversion.
Manual harvest in 15kg slatted crates.
Average age of the vines : from 4 to a 25 years according to the plots.
Soils of schists and sandstone.
Coming from 4 differents plots.
In the cellar:
Soft pneumatic pressing.
Blending after fermentation.
Wild yeasts fermentation.
Aging on lees in fiberglass tanks for 6 months.
Not filtered.
Tasting:
Easy going, with notes of ripe summer fruits and citruses, this wine combines energy and roundness.
Ageing potential : 3 to 5 years.
