Anjou blanc 2023 Plural expression of a diversity of plots with the only commonality of being planted with Chenin. This wine is the pure reflection of the mosaic that forms our vineyard.

Description of the cuvée
In the vineyard: Pruning Guyot Poussard - Soil tillage - first year of organic conversion. Manual harvest in 15kg slatted crates. Average age of the vines : from 10 to a 100 years according to the plots. Soils of schists and green schists, sandstone, quartz and phtanites. Coming from 5 differents plots. In the cellar: Soft pneumatic pressing. Blending straight on juices. Wild yeasts fermentation. Aging on lees in fiberglass tanks for 6 months. Not filtered. Tasting: Expression of the versatility of the chenin on a diversity of terroir : fruit, roundness, structure and tension. Ageing potential : 6 to 8 years. To enjoy from now one for its fruit and freshness or to forget for some time to get more complexity.
